About
I help founders, CEOs, and their teams scale without losing what made them special to begin with.
Over the past 30 years, I’ve worn the hats of founder, CHRO, Ops Executive, and public company exec. I’ve led people strategy and operational scale-ups in organizations from scrappy startup to global teams in the thousands. Today, I work with venture-backed companies, high-growth leaders, and mission-driven orgs as a consultant, advisor, and fractional C-level partner.
My superpower? Translating complexity into clarity and helping leaders build organizations where people, product, and profit grow together.
I've served as Chief Human Resources Officer at LEARN Behavioral and Chief People Officer at 2U, where I led global teams across talent, HR tech, AI/automoation work redesign, and more. I’ve run operations and client success functions, so I know how the people-side connects directly to growth and margin. I’ve lived that P&L accountability.
These days, I advise pre-IPO companies across health, wellness, HR tech, and education. I’m also an Venture and Startup Advisor supporting startups shaping the future of work, healthcare, and financial wellbeing.
Along the way, I’ve built a reputation for calling things like they are with empathy, not ego. I care deeply about building inclusive cultures, developing courageous leaders, and scaling in ways that reflect the values you started with. That commitment earned me a seat on the Advisory Board for Simmons University’s Institute for Inclusive Leadership and a place in 100 Women at UNC Kenan-Flagler.
Degrees? I’ve got a few: Psychology from Connecticut College, HR Management from Rutgers, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler.
Life lessons from raising a family, losing my mom too soon, and mentoring hundreds of leaders? Even more valuable.
Let’s build something that lasts and that you’re proud of.
